One of Alon’s prized ingredients is sourced all the way from the Bay of Fundy: Salmon.

The Bay of Fundy is located between the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia and produces the freshest salmon; the only salmon used in all of Alon’s dishes.

The tides in the Bay of Fundy make the finest salmon. The Bay of Fundy has the highest tides in the world. Twice every day the bay fills and empties a billion tons of water during each tide cycle.

Because the water is never static and always replenishing, the seafood is always fresh.

Every item in Alon’s Bakery and Market is of the highest quality, and each of the widely sourced ingredients have their own journey and story.
